Regulatory Affairs Industry Group

• To monitor the regulatory environment, at a domestic and at an EU level, for draft legislation, laws and regulatory announcements of relevance to the sector in Ireland, and respond accordingly with the industry's position
• To identify issues of specific interest and/or concern and present a position reflecting the views of the industry
• In particular, to respond to calls for consultation from ComReg on appropriate regulatory issues
